So I have an appointment with a nutritionist in a couple of weeks, and I am required to keep a food diary
at least until then. I think the thought that someone else will be looking at this and critiquing it keeps me from eating sometimes. Who wants to look like they aren’t doing what they need to do? I’ve heard that weight loss studies say that people who keep a food diary end up losing more than people who don’t. Let’s hope they are right.
